You may have guessed that we don’t like to do things in the usual way. And the way we slow-cook our meat is no different!
All of our meats are slow-cooked for up to 18 mouth-watering hours, to be served fresh in front of you fast!
Like no one else in the market, we slow-cook our meats like the French do using the gourmet cooking technique, sous-vide.
Some say it’s a little bit fancy. We think it’s the only way to seal in all of the goodness with more flavor!
